How does the free trial work?
Sign up with your work email for a 14-day trial for up to three users, on the Pro plan, with no credit card. Two-factor authentication is required for trial users. Need more people or a bigger allowance to evaluate properly? Ask us about a pilot.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
Paid plans start at two seats. Everyone in your organisation is on the same plan, with the same safeguards.
Can government agencies pay by invoice?
Yes. We issue Australian tax invoices with GST, payable by bank transfer on agreed terms, so no credit card is needed.
What about GST and payments?
Prices are in AUD and exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, so billing details (such as name, email and card) are handled outside Australia. Stripe never receives any chat, prompt, file or AI data.
What happens if we cancel?
If you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted, and it ages out of our daily backups within a further 35 days. Tax invoices are kept for five years, as Australian tax law requires.
